There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

The follow up instructions were probably just fine but there was a great deal to take in at once. However, she has been incredible about explanations on mygeisinger.

I believe that I should have been given more info on what I should have been doing during the week to see if my condition improved. "Mini goals" if you will so patients know what to go on.

She is one of the few providers I have met in recent years who really does "think out loud" about my problems, and includes me in discussion and decisions about steps to take rather than dictate.
Aug 18, 2015
My care provider did not have test results to analyze therefore making my visit to Geisinger totally worthless and unwarranted.
