There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

My BP was high. It has been high for awhile. The Dr. Increased my Cozar.. which would NORMALLY be ok.. BUT..I was then scheduled for a STRESS TEST 4 days later. They had to give me more of the stuff to increase my heart rate in the stress test, to counteract the Cozar. When I left the stress test, I could barley walk or see straight. I was shaking all over. My body was so stressed, I had to sleep for the next 3 days and 3 nights to recover. I seriously thought I was going to die. Dr. Roan is, (in my opinion), a very good Dr.,but I think I should have been instructed to wait until AFTER the stress test to increase the cozar. I like Dr. Roan, but I am suggesting when prescribing meds, that they should not work against each other. I am NOT a Dr., but I've been very fatigued before the increased dosage, and now it is worse. Thank You for reading my concern.
