There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

I love Dr. Maguire. He is kind straight to the point, and cares about my child.

Looked down upon, not given what we needed, know it all -

Dr. Maguire is a pompous ___. First thing he does is walk in and say so what am I suppose to do ! Daughter has shoulder injury. Previous doctor thought she had a pinched nerve so he sent her to geisinger. She presents with shoulder pain and numbness in hand. He says well that presentation does not match what you are saying! Im sorry she doesn't have a textbook injury! Not impressed at all. Would not let this doctor look at my dog or anyone I know!

Dr. Maguire has been taking care of m son for 13 years and we would not think of seeing anyone else. He is an excellent physician, awesome with children, wonderful personality, very knowledgeable and able to explain to parents and patient his diagnosis and treatment plan. We can't thank him enough for the care he has given our son and know his continued progress and success in school is due to the guidance of an outstanding physician!

Dr. McGuire was late & rude to my son & me. My son doesn't like men very much & I told the dr. He had the balls to tell me my son is retarded because he wouldn't do what he wanted on command LIKE A DOG!!! Nurse even said my son was doing everything before, he's just shy. McGuire also said I'm a bad mother because he's shy.
