There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 40 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

We usually see Amy and the kids and I both love her. She takes her time to listen to any problems and really explains to me AND the kids what needs to be done. We couldn't ask for anyone better!

It's difficult because *Amy Barrett is the only reason that I continue to bring my daughter to this office, so no, I don't plan on recommending this office to others unfortunately.

PA told me dosage but when picked up at pharmacy was different. Called office & they called back x3 & never answered my question. I called & spoke to PA next day but again had a hard time getting thru on the phone.

Amy comes across as being a very hyper person. Talks very quickly and her dress that day was to short.

I will not recommend only because of the call in wait time.

there was also i believe a student studying to be a PA. I cant remember her name but she was also excellent!

My daughter asked Amy a question and got a "technical" response that no 5 year old would understand. Also, Amy had a student with her which is fine however I do not enjoy a student doing an eval and then Amy coming in and doing the exact same thing to make the appointment even longer- not necessary

We love *Amy!

My son was prescribed a medication and I was told they would call it into the pharmacy. I found out later that day when I went to pick it up that it was never called in. I called the clinic the next day - they apologized and followed up VERY promptly. They even called me back to tell me it was definitely called into the pharmacy. While this mistake should have never occurred in the first place, I was very happy with how they addressed it.

Amy is fantastic! She cares about my children and is always positive about any issues we have I have and will continue to recommend her to friends.

Very friendly; I liked that her treatment did not include a medication initially.

She took her time to correctly diagnose him. His sister was seen earlier in the week & I thought they had the same "head cold" but my son did not. He is also allergic to amoxicillin so she had to find something he should be able to handle.
