There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

I stated that I thought something was definitely wrong, I was placated and told it's just a stomach bug to let it run its course. We then spent 4 days admitted in the hospital because it most definitely was not a stomach bug.

Provider ordered prescription for a drug my son did not need. She never contacted me to report lab findings. I was never told by a provider if my son has a UTI. I was never given the opportunity to request a referral if necessary. I had to call multiple times to for results but never did get a true report. I don't have the My Geisinger for my son as I was not provided with access. I never received copies of the test results I was promised.
