Abbie is always great to deal with. She pays attention, doesn't make you feel inadequate.

My prescription wasn't covered by my insurance so the pharmacy contacted the doctor for something else. I stopped in 9 days later and they never had a reply from anyone. I still don't have a prescription and I can't call from work and wait on hold all day.

had earlier appointment with Dr. Abbie --short notice on my part--excellent appointment time and care

She was informed of my situation before she came in the room and was only in the room with me about 2 minutes. Looked at my ear and prescribed the medicine. Nothing more.

I felt like Abby was taking my overall health in this matter seriously. She comforted me by explaining things, and asking questions to pinpoint how this pain was affecting me

The PA literally spoke with me for about 30 seconds and then was out the door.

I was extremely impressed with Abbie. I felt like I was being listened to, and that she was doing everything she could to come up with an appropriate diagnosis. I felt blown off at my last appointment with another provider, who diagnosed me with heartburn instead of gallstones (I even stated I felt it was gallbladder related...)

I had pain in the joint in my thumb. Abby said that she would give me an anti-inflammatory medication because swelling is causing the pain.But, no reason why there is swelling. I had to ask for an x-ray to see if I have arthritis. She never suggested that I had arthritis- I asked. She agreed to the x-ray and I got the results a day later that I do have it. I have never been diagnosed with it before, so I have no idea what treatment plans there are, or what medications work and what don't, or what I can do to help it. I received an email from Abby that stated that I have it, and that's pretty much it. Not a good follow thru. I felt like I was left hanging with out knowing what direction to take. I had to look it up on line to find out what my options are.

problem still not resolved really felt xray was not going to show anything..because I believe its a soft tissue issue feel that xray is always answer..of course xray shows nothing foot still hurts and bump still there even after the steroid..sent message asking what next no response
