There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 40 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Great experience Dr Ross was what every doctor should be

Extremely disappointed in the care - or should I say LACK of CARE I have received from Dr Ross. After months of appointments, which the progression was PT, 2 types of injections, then probable surgery all discussed AFTER an MRI, I am still in pain, cannot kneel, received only 1 injection & was told there is nothing he can do. He showed zero compassion & seemed insulted when questioned by myself or my wife. I would NEVER recommend anyone to Dr Ross.

Great bed side managers.

Provided options to consider such as exercises and using a brace rather than pain meds or an injection

The doctor was very polite and explained everything to me. I had broken my small toe and when we decided that all I needed was to tape it to the next toe, he handed me the roll of tape which had about 12 inches left on it and told me to tape my toes. and left. I thought that was odd because it is very hard to do it by myself, so I just left it the way it was.

Dr. Ross had a very sincere concern with my ability to understand the pro and cons of addressing my medical condition and the remedies that are available to me, along with medications that he advised for my use.

DR. DAVIS SHOWED CONCERN AMD COMPASSION. MY CONDITION WAS THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED AND ADVICE WAS GIVEN FOR HEALING. HE ALSO TRIED HIS BEST TO GIVE ME CONFIDENCE THAT HE KNEW I COULD DO IT, MOTIVATED ME TOO. SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH ME AND DID NOT RUSH. HE IS AN OUTSTANDING DOCTOR.

Could be much more personable with patients. When asked him about FMLA papers felt very brushed off like it is not his problem though he is the one recommending being off work due to injury, and he would nee to sign them.
